490 BioTech partners with Applied StemCell for new regenerative medicine in vivo models

490 BioTech

490 BioTech is pleased to announce a Phase II STTR award from the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of General Medical Sciences, that will enable the development of novel in vitro cellular and in vivo rodent models endowed with our patented autobioluminescent expression technology for the continuous and non-invasive surveillance of stem cell localization, differentiation into adipocyte, chondrocyte, and osteocyte lineages, and post-differentiated tissue persistence. This R&D effort includes a research partnership with Applied StemCell, Milpitas, CA for their unique expertise in animal model development and with the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, Knoxville, TN.
